Plan first, then Undo allBeta
Before a background task changes anything on your Mac, Speechy shows its plan as a numbered list and waits for you to press Go ahead or Change it. When it's done, the chat says what changed, like “Moved 4 items, made 3 folders”, and Undo all puts the folder back. Nothing is deleted: what the task made goes to the Bin.
How to use Plan first, then Undo all
It looks first
Until you say go, it can look around but can't change a thing.
Read the plan
Press Go ahead, or Change it to say what should be different.
See what changed
One line sums up everything it moved, made and changed.
Undo all
Moved files go back, changed ones are restored, new ones go to the Bin.
What you do, what you get
Background task
You do
“Ask it to sort a folder into Images, Audio and Documents”
You get
A six step plan to read first, then the sort once you press Go ahead.
Background task
You do
“Press Change it and say “leave the PDFs alone””
You get
A new plan without the PDFs, waiting for Go ahead again.
Background task
You do
“Press Undo all when it's done”
You get
Files moved back, one restored from before, and the five it made moved to the Bin.
Skip the plan if you like.

Questions
No. Undo lasts while Speechy stays open. After a relaunch the task is still listed, but its Undo is gone.
No. It only puts back what changed while the task was working, so files you added or edited meanwhile stay as they are.
No. Files the task made go to the Bin, and so does the task's version of a file it changed.
Then there's no plan to approve. It just answers.
